Yesterday we celebrated Lucci's birthday (that was on Thursday) over drinks at Hooter's, dinner at Bubba Gump, and more drinks at Hooters! Celebration!! Happy Birthday Looch!

Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated with us despite the weather!  You made us both feel super special! Special thank you to the San Jose's for opening your home, Ruby for all your help and your yummy chilli, Ivy for the cupcakes, Mario and Matt for being the best boyfriends ever, and for everyone who helped make today happened.  I'm sure it wasn't easy taking the tarp down at 2am in the rain as the birthday celebrants watched. Ha! Happy Birthday Looch! Love you cousin! <3

   Yesterday, I celebrated my birthday.  I started the day off with class, but luckily class ended earlier and I was able to start my day. Matt took the day off from work so I was excited to spend the day with him.  First when I got home, Matt surprised me with a birthday gift even though we promised each other no gifts this year in lieu of the wedding- the Canon Powershot S95.  I've been wanting a camera somewhat equivalent to our SLR, but a smaller-easier-to-use-and-carry form, and this was perfect! We then went to the Block to grab lunch before we headed over to Disneyland.  The day before we had dinner and watched World of Color for the first time for a pre-birthday celebration, but was unable to walk around and ride anything.  So this time, we were going to that especially since it's been really hard to find the time to go and make use of our pass.  We walked around, had yummy snacks, rode a few rides, and finished off at Downtown Disney at Build A Bear and made a Graham. :) After Disneyland, we met up with Kat, Looch, Mario, Ruby, Drea, and Jerry at Boiling Crab where we had a yummylicious dinner.  Thank to everyone who remembered and sent me a greeting! Also to my parents, Ninang, Kat, and soon to be in laws for celebrating with me the night before with a birthday dinner.  And of course to Matt, who made it an amazing one once again! Cheers to being 29!!
